The entrance to the Inishowen Peninsula,
the most northern tip of Ireland, has been guarded for centuries by Burt
Castle, the medieval stronghold of the O'Doherty Clan. Inishowen is long
famous for its heritage of whiskey distilling. A mellow blend of peated
and grain Irish Whiskey, Inishowen Irish Whiskey is a whiskey of
character and class. The uniqueness of this fine whiskey is reflected in
the beauty of the Northern Inishowne peninsula, situated in Co. Donegal,
after which it was named.
